NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-011727-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and MIROSLAW PODGORSKI et. al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 25, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEROFAS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 35, 36 AND 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2501 BRIGADOON DRIVE, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33759
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
