NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010621 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and James E. Rohr, Mary Jo Rohr, and Palmbrooke Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 2 of PALMBROOKE TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 130, Page(s) 35 through 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 8260 66th way North Pinellas Park, FL 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
