NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014 and entered in case 52-2012-CA-000654 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Herbert L. Gebhart a/k/a Herb L. Gebhart is the Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00am on July 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 13, Block E, PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 33-36, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street address: 12245 68th Street N, Largo, FL 33774.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
