Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 11-012456-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS S REALE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 20, LAKE PASADENA DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
