NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2013, and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001776 MF, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein ERIC GOLDFINE SERPT, is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES J. URSITTI LLC, et al., are the Defendant(s). Armando Ramirez as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, Suite 2600/Room # 2602, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 11:00 A.M., on July 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 77, Saint Cloud Manor Estates - Unit 2, Section 30, Township 26 South, Range 31 East, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 365, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
