The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Ceriticateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-7, Plaintiff and DORKA CASTANEDA; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on June 24th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
