NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-011426-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MEGHAN K BRANKS; BRIAN D BRANKS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WEKIVA SPRINGS RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/08/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
