NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011324-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-OA5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA5 is the Plaintiff and Linus P. Eugene; Unknown Spouse of Linus P. Eugene; Corfumed LLC.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For First Magnus Financial Corporation; Vistas At Stonebridge Commons Condominium Association, Inc.; Metrowest Master Association, Inc.; Stonebridge Commons Community Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 9, PHASE 8, VISTAS AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8123, PAGE 2074, AS AMENDED BY SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8287, PAGE 1020, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
