NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2013-CA-014950-O, in which Plaintiff, Custom Mortgage Resolution, LLC., and Defendants, Thomas Green; Susan Green; SRS Acquisition Corporation of Delaware n/k/a SRS Distribution, Inc.; Florida Rock Industries, Inc.,; Asset Acceptance, LLC; American Express Bank, FSB; United States of America, Department of Revenue; Windsor Landing Homeowners Association, Inc.; Navy Federal Credit Union; Any Unknown Tenant in Possession and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 85, Windsor Landing Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page(s) 21, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 1st day of July, 2014, at www.orange.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
