LOT 21, BLOCK 3, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 4, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGES 45-A AND 45-B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND HAVING BEEN CORRECTED BY ORDER OF THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY COMMISSIONER ON FEBRUARY 21, 1961. SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND LIMITATIONS IF ANY, BUT THIS PRIVISION SHALL NOT OPERATE TO REIMPONE SAME, AND FURTHER SUBJECT TO TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1996.
commonly known as 2240 GULFVIEW RD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward B. Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 07/15/14, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
