NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08 2010 CA 003094of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, U.S. NATIONAL BANK OF ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2006 ASSET BACKED SECURITES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES NC 2006-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES NC 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff and ELSA MARSHALL-ATTERSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELSA MARSHALL-PATTERSON, NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, and ANTOINETTE MARSHALL,are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 4840, Port Charlotte Golf Course Section, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 33A through 33G, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
