NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2013-CA-002566-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and GARY KIRETA; CHERYL KIRETA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A KAREN FITZWATER; DEBORAH LE BLANC; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-H;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the day of June 30, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 57, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 195, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
