NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated MAY 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-03331 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-SD2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates , is the Plaintiff and Diane McCormack, James S. McCormack, Sterling Oaks Community Association and Club Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
