NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002293 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein ARK LOAN SOLUTIONS, LLC is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE ANGEL DIAZ A/K/A CEDIEL A. DIAZ, ANGEL DIAZ A/K/A CEDIEL A. DIAZ, SUSAN PEDROZA A/K/A SUSAN G. PEDROZA, KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., COLLIER COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN PEDROZA A/K/A SUSAN G. PEDROZA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2 day of July, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1711, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGE 1481, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
