Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012 CA 006454, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT TRUEMAN A/K/A ROBERT E. TRUEMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 3, REVISED PLAT OF BELL`S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 10 FEET THEREOF.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
