NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2014, in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee County, Florida, on June 27, 2014, at 11:00am, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
UNIT 31, HEATHERWOOD CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, BOOK 1094, PAGE 1229, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 164, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
