LOTS 831 AND 832, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 124 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
