NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 004469 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CP-SRMOF II 2012-A TRUST, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and JOEL BEASLEY A/K/A JOEL COSTAS BEASLEY A/K/A JOEL C. BEASLEY; CENTRAL PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 329, CENTRAL PARK, PHASE B-1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 33 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
