NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, and entered in 41 2013CA001668AX DIV. D of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III is the Plaintiff and KELLY GAYNELL MULLINS A/K/A KELLY G. MULLINS A/K/A KELLY MULLINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY GAYNELL MULLINS A/K/A KELLY G. MULLINS A/K/A KELLY MULLINS; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF LOTS 26 AND THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF LOT 27 AND THE EAST 25 FEET OF SOUTH 75 FEET OF LOT 28, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
