NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 002709 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 8th day of July, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 6, RIVER HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ALSO:
PART OF LOTS 4, BLOCK 6, RIVER HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE EASTERN BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 38, BLOCK 6, RIVER HAVEN, WHERE THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 3 AND 4 INTERSECTS THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 38 AND THENCE GO IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 5 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 38 TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE GO IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 38 A DISTANCE OF 5 FEET; THENCE GO IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 3 AND 4 A DISTANCE OF 121.2 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 3 AND 4, THENCE GO IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET; THENCE GO IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
