The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 5, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
