NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008513 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DELORES M. WITCRAFT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND LOT 4, BLOCK E REVISED PLAT OF OAK PARK LESS THAT PART OF SAID LOTS 3 AND 4 DEEDED TO COUNTY OF SARASOTA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 455, PAGE 789, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 460, PAGE 47, AND LESS THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 4, AND LESS THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 3, DEEDED TO CITY OF SARASOTA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 460, PAGE 575, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 460, PAGE 576 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 215, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
