NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052803 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and CLINTON C. DAVIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, UNIT NO. 1 AND 1/77 INTEREST IN BLOCK E ORANGE RIVER HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 4 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
