Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 37, OAK FORD, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 5, 5A THROUGH 5P, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on July 2, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
