NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-053437 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 7 day of July, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 15 AND 16, BLOCK 2423, UNIT 34, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 74 TO 85, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
