Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 1, ELMSTREET SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
Lot 2, ELMSTREET SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
Lot 3, ELMSTREET SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
Lot 4, ELMSTREET SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
Lot 5, ELMSTREET SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
Lot 6, ELMSTREET SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH a 1/6 interest in the private road known as Elmstreet Court.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as: 350 Elm Ct., Englewood, FL 34223.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on July 3, 2014.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
