NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-050299 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AR1, Plaintiff and Christopher V. Welton a/k/a Christopher Welton are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK D, BELLA TERRA UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 1, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
