BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID TRACT 32, THENCE NORTH 03Ëš39'46” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 176.92 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID TRACT 32, THENCE SOUTH 88Ëš33'25” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 0.10 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 03Ëš37'49” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 176.91 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
