Armstrong, Eric D. Armstrong also known as Eric Armstrong, US Business Administration, Avalon Preserve Condominium Association, Inc., Avalon Preserve Master Association, Inc., UPS Capital Business Credit, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NUMBER 702, BUILDING NUMBER 7, AVALON PRESERVE, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000246792, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
