FELDHAHN; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WAYNE D. FELDHAHN A/K/A WAYNE DELBERT FELDHAHN A/K/A WAYNE P. FELDHAHN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
