WITKOWSKI are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1078, UNIT 23, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 TO 52, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
