MICHAEL, JR. A/K/A JAMES LOUIS MICHAEL, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT; SHARON MICHAEL RITTER A/K/A SHERI MICHAEL RITTER; ALICIA MOORE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HELEN L. MICHAEL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 20TH, 2006; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN L. MICHAEL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 20TH, 2006; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, FAIRVIEw ISLES, UNIT 3, PEr THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 123, OF THEPUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
