NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 4 day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-054148, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSE A. QUINTANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE A. QUINTANA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LCC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.); AQUA FINANCE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
