LOTS 32, 33, 34 AND 35, BLOCK 179, OF MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 10, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 128 THROUGH 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2000 REDM MOBILE HOME, VIN(S) 11437291A & 11437291B.
and commonly known as: 10051 OANA ST, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
