NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST WILLIAM E. COMBS A/K/A WILLIAM ERNEST COMBS, DECEASED; DOROTHY JEAN ZIMMERMAN A/K/A DOROTHY J. ZIMMERMAN, AS AN HEIR OF ESTATE OF WILLIAM E.
