NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated May 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001748-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and TU CAM LE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT E PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 75 TO 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
