NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-005838WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2004 MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC6, is Plaintiff, and ROGELIO A. TIGLAO; FLORENCE TIGLAO; EDNA HERNANDEZ DURAN; LEONCIO O. DURAN; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; FOX WOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRINITY COMMUNITIES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 680, OF FOX WOOD PHASE FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 108 THROUGH 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
