YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, including all affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures thereon and rents relative thereto, located in Pasco County, Florida;

A parcel of land in Section 20, Township 25 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of said Section 20, thence North 89 degrees 00'00” East, (assumed bearing) a distance of 558.35 feet to a Point of Intersection with the Easterly right-of-way boundary of State Road No. 583; thence North 24 degrees 07'00” East along said right-of-way boundary, a distance of 1023.23 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 24 degrees 07'00” East along said Easterly right-of-way boundary of State Road No. 583, a distance of 160.00 feet thence South 78 degrees 47'42” East, a distance of 358.65 feet, thence South 24 degrees 07'00” West, a distance of 128.50 feet: thence North 83 degrees 35'40” West, a distance of 366.97 feet to the Point of Beginning.

has been filed against you, and the other Defendants listed in the case caption above, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Steven F. Thompson, Esq., of Thompson & Broooks, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 412 E. Madison Street, Suite 900, Tampa, Florida 33602, within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
