NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030387 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and TERRI LOWE A/K/A TERRI C. LOWE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That portion of Lot 34 and Lot 33, Block 13, Davis Island South Park Section, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 54, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; more fully described as follows:
Commence at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 34; thence North 26 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 21.93 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 26 degrees 50 minutes 13 seconds West for a distance of 2.09 feet; thence North 49 degrees 39 minutes 47 seconds West for distance of 20.28 feet; thence North 51 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East for a distance of 90.67 feet to the point of a non-tangent curve concave Southwesterly radial bearing South 52 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds West; thence along the arc of the said curve, having a central angle of 01 degrees 14 minutes 46 seconds, a radius of 1019.35 feet; chord bearing South 37 degrees 17 minutes 52 seconds East, chord 22.17 feet; for a distance of 22.17 feet; thence South 51 degrees 34 minutes 58 seconds West for a distance of 86.70 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
