NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-007413 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Anita C. Bloom also known as Anita Bloom, Cedar Creek at Country Run Homeowners' Association, Inc. also known as Cedar Creek at Country Run, Phase II Homeowners' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB., Scott D. Bloom also known as Scott Bloom, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
