Cruz A/K/A Christopher Ismael Cruz, Equestrain Parc At Highwoods Preserve Condominium Association, Inc, Highwoods Preserve Property Owners Association, Inc, Mary Joy Cruz A/K/A Mary Joy Palomar Cruz A/K/A Mary Joy Joson Palomar, State Of Florida Department Of Revenue, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
