NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Amend Final Judgment And Reset Sale dated May 9, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-022859 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 27th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, BRIARWOOD UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
