NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-004142 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2007-2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Jorge Ochoa Noa also known as Jorge Luis Ochoa Noa, Zayana Maldonado Gonzalez, Westchester Manor Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
