F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Pelayo, Pelayo Investment Company, LTD, Inn at Little Harbor Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
