NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about May 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007497 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Sheldon D. Dennard also known as Sheldon Dennard, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Ken Nichols, Valrico Pointe Master Association, Inc., Vivian Ann Atkinson also known as Vivian Dennard, also known as Vivian Ann Dennard and also known as Vivian Ann Atkinson (Dennard), are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
