NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-002105 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MidFirst Bank is the Plaintiff and Richard L. Frederick; Tracy E. Frederick; Jones Properties, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 60 FEET OF THE WEST 325 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR STREET PURPOSES
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
