NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-012782 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ANTHONY E. CARUSO , CARROLLBROOK LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A ELENA PETRESCU, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JAMES GENKLE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY E. CARUSO N/K/A TRACEY CARUSO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of July, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 102, CARROLLBROOK LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated October 13, 1983, as recorded in Official Records Book 4204, Page 349, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
