NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 13, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-024212 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and ROBERT A. CIMITILE, PATRICIA A. CIMITILE, ARBOR GREENE OF NEW TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , CARRIAGE HOMES AT ARBOR GREENE ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA ARBOR GREENE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE N/K/A JACQUEL PERRY, JOHN DOE N/K/A TERRENCE PERRY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of July, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 50, Arbor Greene Townhomes Replat according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 110, Page 282, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
