NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 10-CA-002850 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Diana Sutton; Unknown Spouse of Diana Sutton If Any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; River Oaks Condominium I Association, Inc.; University Community Hospital; John Doe; and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 23rd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUN PARCEL UNIT NO. 604, OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3615, PAGE 1907 THROUGH 1997, INCLUSIVE TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
