NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on April 8, 2014, in favor of Plaintiff, Branch Banking & Trust Company, the Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on July 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property and all improvements thereon:
Parcel 3A: The West 165 feet of the North 83.5 feet of the West ½ of Block 4 of D.S. CRUM SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Book K, Page 532 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. LESS the West 20 feet for street. Also being subject to additional street right-of-way.
And
Parcel 3B: The West 82 ½ feet of the East 165 feet of the North 83 ½ feet of the West ½ of Block 4 of D.S. CRUM SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Book K, Page 532 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Subject to street right-of-way on the North side.
The property is commonly known as 702 South Evers Street, Plant City, FL 33563 and 107 West Ball Street, Plant City, FL 33563 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
